I was born on September 8, 2001 in Diosdado Macapagal Memorial Hospital Guagua, Pampanga, Philippines. My parents are Jorden D. Santos and Rosbell S. Santos.
I was admitted to the Hospital last July 21, 2009 due to the Dengue Shock Fever.

We lost our beloved Grandmother who suffered from Lung Cancer last August 11, 2011.
